Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Red Bayou Outdoor Supply. If you need to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and other included materials. Proof of purchase may be required.

Before returning any item, please contact Red Bayou Outdoor Supply for return authorization and instructions. Do not send a product back without first receiving return instructions.

Because products may ship from different fulfillment locations, the appropriate return address may vary by product. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or was otherwise the result of an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be non-returnable due to safety, sanitary, manufacturer, supplier, regulatory, or other restrictions. Clearance, closeout, special-order, personalized, or final-sale merchandise may also be ineligible for return. Any applicable restrictions will be communicated when required.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been submitted for fulfillment.
