Shipping Policy
Red Bayou Outdoor Supply ships products throughout the United States using trusted fulfillment partners and carriers. Because our products may ship from different warehouses and fulfillment locations, processing times, shipping methods, and delivery times may vary by item.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed promptly after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary based on product availability, supplier processing, weekends, holidays, and other factors.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive in more than one package. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is divided into multiple shipments unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout whenever possible. Certain oversized, heavy, or specialty products may require additional freight or shipping charges.
If an order requires a shipping charge that cannot be accurately calculated during checkout, we may contact you before fulfillment to confirm the charge and obtain approval.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, product availability, holidays, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order ships. Tracking information may be sent separately for orders fulfilled from multiple locations.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you discover an error. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Red Bayou Outdoor Supply as soon as possible. Please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and packing materials while we investigate the issue. Photographs may be requested.
Oversized and Freight Items
Certain outdoor, off-road, utility, and other large or heavy products may require freight delivery or special handling. Additional delivery requirements or charges may apply and will be communicated when necessary.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to manufacturer, supplier, carrier, geographic, regulatory, or other shipping restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to legally or reasonably ship an item to the requested destination.
